We ship within 36 hours to ensure you receive factory-fresh produce. This quick turnaround helps maintain the quality and freshness of your order.
2. How can I place a bulk order?
For bulk inquiries, we kindly ask that you send us an email with your requirements. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to assist with your order.
3. What is the shipping timeline for bulk orders?
For bulk quantities of less than 500 items, we require 72 hours to complete the preparation and ship your order.
4. Can I customize my boxes?
Yes, we offer customization! However, the minimum order quantity for customized boxes is 1000 pieces, and we require 20 days to process your order after design approval.
5. Do you require an advance payment for bulk orders?
Yes, for all bulk orders, we require a minimum of 80% advance payment before we can process and ship your order.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer a Cash on Delivery system. However, as we receive more customer feedback, we will consider introducing it in the future.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the packaged seal (the seal on top of the tray) has not been broken.
8. What if I receive a product with a foreign object, fungus, or bacterial growth?
If you find any foreign object, including fungus or bacterial growth in your product, we will accept the return and issue a refund within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
